If the product has back engraving, that field is required, because it is exactly what our team engraves on the back. If you are ordering a blank product from the Upload Your Own Design collection, you also upload your front design and a mockup showing how the finished piece should look, so our team knows exactly what to engrave and how to position it. If the product already has a design on it, you skip the uploads entirely. You can also upload a custom message card here, or we will include our standard card.

Step two, add the recipient and submit. Set your own order number or leave it blank for us to generate one, add an optional note for our team, and fill in the shipping information. Review the order summary to confirm the items, personalization, and files are correct, then click Submit Order.
