Can I customize message cards for each order?

Yes! When processing your order in the OwnPrint dashboard, upload your custom message card in the "Additional Files/Notes" section before completing payment. This lets you include unique cards with specific orders.

Can I change my branding materials after I've set them up?

Absolutely! You can update your message cards and thank-you cards at any time through your dashboard. For branded boxes, you would need to place a new order if you want to change your logo design.

Why is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for branded gift boxes?

The MOQ of 48 boxes is required because we create a custom metal stamp with your logo, which is used for all your branded boxes. This ensures consistent branding and keeps your boxes in stock for immediate use with future orders.

What is the €30 setup fee for branded gift boxes?

The €30 setup fee is a one-time charge to create your custom metal stamp. This stamp is used to hot-press your logo onto all your jewelry gift boxes and is only charged with your first order.

Can I customize the text on the shipping box?

Currently, it's not possible to customize the text on the exterior shipping box—both the kraft shipping box and the sticker on handmade gifts come standard and do not support personalization at this time.
