Yes, tracking information is automatically updated in your store once the order is fully fulfilled by OwnPrint.

Here’s how it works:

• First, a shipping label is created, but the order remains in "Ready for Shipment" status until pickup.
• Once the carrier picks up the package and officially scans it as "In Transit," OwnPrint marks the order as "fulfilled."
• At that point, the tracking number is automatically synced to your connected store (Shopify, Etsy, etc.), and your customer receives the tracking update.

No manual action is needed — everything updates automatically once the shipment is confirmed by the carrier.

When your order is stuck at “Label Created” or “Ready for Shipment” status, it means that the shipping label has been generated, but the package has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

• It often takes 24–48 hours (up to 2 business days) for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information once the label is created.
• Your OwnPrint dashboard will show “Ready for Shipment” until pickup.
• The order will be fulfilled once scanned and officially dispatched.

1. Locate the order in your OwnPrint Dashboard.
2. Check tracking information.
