Ownprint Refunds and Returns Policy

At Ownprint, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and satisfaction with every personalized product we create. Our commitment is to ensure that each item you purchase meets our high standards and yours.

**We do not accept returns** - Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Made Just for You: Each Ownprint product is crafted based on your unique choices, from product color to engraving details. Due to this highly personalized process, we are unable to accept returns. This ensures every customer receives a product made specifically for them, fresh and untouched.

Ownprint’s Quality Assurance: We pride ourselves on the precision and care put into every item. Should there be an error on our part—be it the wrong product color, a scratched product, misengraved details, incorrect names, or any discrepancy with your order—we pledge to remake and reship the product at no additional cost to you. While we cannot consider refunding orders, our commitment is to rectify our mistakes swiftly and satisfactorily at our own cost, whenever the issue occurred from Ownprint’s end.

If the issue did not occur from Ownprint’s end, e.g. you or your customer adds the wrong engraving info, details for the order, shipping address, any issue that did not occur from our end, Ownprint is not responsible for reproducing the order at our own cost.

No Refunds, Infinite Support: While we maintain a no-refunds policy due to the customized nature of our products, our priority is your complete satisfaction. Should you have any concerns with your order, we are open and eager to work with you to find a resolution. Whether it's a remake at our expense for our errors or assistance in understanding any issue, we're here to support you.

Ownprint is not responsible for refunds issued independently by sellers due to marketplace policies or disputes.

It is of course possible for you to offer refunds to your buyers, but this will be at your own cost if the circumstances do not align with our own refund policy.
