Ownprint Order Cancellation Policy

At Ownprint, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to managing your orders. Here’s how our order cancellation policy works to accommodate your needs, while ensuring efficiency and speed in our production process.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Unpaid & On Hold Orders: Orders that are unpaid or marked as "On Hold" (Awaiting Details) can be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Design Phase: Orders still in the design step can be easily cancelled and fully refunded.
  • Production and Beyond: Once an order enters the production, packing, pre-shipment, or has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Important to Note:

  • Cancellations are permitted if the order has not yet entered the production stage. Given the rapid nature of our order syncing and production process, which can commence in under 24 hours from order placement, prompt action is required for cancellations.
  • Customers wishing to cancel an order for any reason—be it a mistake, change of mind, or any other reason—must act quickly to prevent the order from entering production.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  1. Check Order Status: Visit the orders page on your Ownprint dashboard to check the current status of your order.
  2. Request Cancellation:
  3. If your order is listed as "Unpaid," "On Hold," or in the "Design Phase," it qualifies for cancellation.
  4. For orders marked as "Paid" or "In Production," the items are already designed and produced, and cancellation is not possible at this stage.
  5. Process for Cancellation:
  6. Currently, order cancellations are processed via email.
  7. To request a cancellation, please check the status of your order on your Ownprint dashboard, and if eligible, reach out to us via email with your order number to initiate the cancellation process.
