If you are looking for a made to order jewelry supplier in Europe, this is what we do at Ownprint. You sell an engraved necklace, bracelet or keychain in your own store. We make that one piece in our facility in Rotterdam after your customer has paid you, and we ship it straight to them with your shop's name on the label. You never hold stock, and there is no minimum order.

People call this by different names. Print on demand, dropshipping, private label, white label. For jewelry it comes down to the same thing: your design and your brand, our production, and nothing gets made until it is sold.

Made in Rotterdam, delivered across Europe

Every European order is laser engraved, packed and shipped from our own facility in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Then the parcel goes out with PostNL, tracked, and the tracking number shows up in your store without you doing anything. Because it starts its trip inside the EU, your customer in Germany or France has no customs to pay and no clearance to wait for.

Your brand on everything your customer sees

The package that arrives is yours. The shipping label carries your shop's name. Inside is a gift box, and you can even have your own logo on it. Your own thank you card goes into every order for €0.35. And each piece comes with a message card that you design yourself. Nothing in the parcel says Ownprint.

What you can sell

Print on demand necklaces, bracelets and keychains in 304L stainless steel, plain or plated in 18k gold or 18k rose gold. Your design goes on by laser, front and back, and your customer can add their own photo, text, a name, a date, or whatever your design needs to be personalized, right at checkout. A logo engraves like any other artwork, so if a company or a club wants its mark on a piece, that works too. The whole range, with prices, is in the catalog.

What it costs

There is no subscription and nothing to buy up front. You pay the base cost when an order comes in, after your customer has paid you, and you keep the difference. All of it is on the pricing page, where we also suggest listing necklaces from $49, bracelets from $45 and keychains from $39.

The European paperwork, and who does what

VAT. Our prices are net. If your business has a valid EU VAT number on your account, your orders are invoiced at 0% under the reverse charge. Without one, we add the VAT rate of the country the parcel is delivered to. Orders delivered outside the EU, the United Kingdom included, carry no VAT on our invoice. Product safety. The EU's product safety regulation, the GPSR, asks every online seller to name an economic operator in the EU. For the pieces Ownprint makes, we provide one. You add the details to your shop once, and they are in the GPSR guide.

Packaging. This is the one part that stays with you. Packaging registration, LUCID in Germany for example, is tied to the business that sells to the end customer, so we cannot do it in your name. What Ownprint does is give you the material and weight figures you need to report. A typical order is about 72 g of packaging. Where your orders come from

Connect your Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce or Squarespace store and orders reach us on their own. If you sell somewhere else, or you need many pieces at once, you can place an order by hand or upload a CSV.

A seller in Germany

Your American customers are covered too

Ownprint has a second facility in Montclair, California. Orders for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are made and shipped from there, so a seller in Europe with buyers in the US is not sending parcels across the ocean. Delivery inside the US takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. You do not choose anything: each order goes to the facility closest to your customer.

Questions sellers ask before they start

Can I start a print on demand jewelry business from my country?

Yes, from anywhere in the world. Where you live does not matter, because we make and ship every order for you. And you can sell to customers anywhere we deliver: all of Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. One piece is a normal order. The only minimum we have is 48 for gift boxes with your logo (and that's optional).

Can I order a sample of my own design first?

Yes. Place a manual order for it and have it sent to yourself. It costs the base price plus shipping, the same as any order.

Do I need a VAT number to start?

No. You can open an account and sell without one. With a valid EU VAT number your orders are invoiced at 0%, and without one we add the VAT of the delivery country.

Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

Yes. Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch and shipping costs the same €6.95.
