Step 1: Choose Your Product

From your dashboard, head to the Product Catalog and click Start Creating. Browse the jewelry you can personalize, from coin pendants and bar necklaces to charms and bracelets, and click Customize on the one you want. Review its details, specifications, and options, then click Customize and Add to Store. This opens the design editor.

Step 2: Design It

In the editor you have three choices. You can drop in your own design to upload it onto the jewelry shape, pick from the ready made designs in the Design Vault, or create something brand new with the built in AI design creator. Add a name, a date, or initials, position everything on the piece, and when you are happy, click Apply and Continue. You do not need any design experience, because the editor is built for beginners.

Step 3: Add a Message Card

Next is the message card, one of the most powerful ways to make your jewelry feel personal and turn a gift into an unboxing experience. Upload your own card design, or build one from scratch by picking a background and letting the AI write a heartfelt heading and message from a few quick answers. Click Apply and Continue when it looks right.

Step 4: Create Mockups

Great photos sell jewelry. At the mockups step, choose your plating color, such as gold, rose gold, or silver. You can also click Make Unique with AI, describe the scene you want, generate, and click Use This Mockup when you love it, giving you photos no other seller has. When you are happy, click Continue.

Step 5: Listing and Buyer Personalization

Add your title, description, and tags so buyers can find your product. Right below, set up buyer personalization so customers can add their own details at checkout, using a text box, a list of options, or a file upload. Set up the fields your product needs, choose the store collection to import into, and click Continue.
