Introducing our new, beautifully designed box—crafted to make the unboxing experience as special as the jewelry inside.
Every box includes a handmade, organic candle melt, crafted 100% in our facility in the Netherlands. This versatile melt can also be used as a scented sachet, adding a delightful aroma to the package.
Luxurious wrapping foil with metallic golden accents, adding a touch of sophistication and elegance to the unboxing experience.
A jewelry cleaning cloth is included with each order, helping your customers keep their jewelry looking as brilliant as the day they received it.
Premium golden metallic foil stickers that add a personal, polished touch to each package, showing your customers that every detail matters.
Each box includes a customizable thank you card. Store owners can personalize it with their branding, add discounts, or choose a standard version with jewelry care tips

Can I customize the text on the packaging box or stickers?

At this time, the text on the packaging box and stickers is standard and cannot be customized. We are always looking to expand our customization options, so stay tuned for future updates!

Can I customize the thank you card?

Yes, you will be able to customize the thank you card once the update is launched. The cost to customize the thank you card will be €0.35 per card. This charge will be applied at the moment of paying for the order if customization is enabled on your account. The size for the Thank You card is A6: 105x148mm or 4" x 6" (the US Postcard size)

When will the update be available and when will the price change?

The new unboxing experience and updated pricing will officially launch on [specific date next week]. The price changes will also take effect on this date.

What ingredients does the candle melt gift contain?

The candle melt included in each box is made from a blend of rapeseed and coconut oils, making it vegan-friendly and environmentally responsible. It is also free from paraffin and includes dried flowers and fragrance oil for a delightful scent.

Why are the golden and rose gold products more expensive than the silver?

The golden and rose gold products are plated with 18k gold and 18k rose gold, which incurs higher production costs. At Ownprint, we’ve prioritized improving our services and products over profitability. However, to continue offering top-tier quality, we need to reflect these costs in our pricing moving forward.

Should I adjust my prices as well?

Yes, we recommend adjusting your prices to reflect the new costs. We will be updating all products with additional mockups and materials before launch to help you justify the price increase to your customers.

What are the next steps?

We will officially launch the update on 4 September 2024 @ 23:59. In the meantime, we will update all product listings with additional mockups and provide you with everything you need to communicate the changes to your customers effectively.
